LibAnswers Training Guide for UL Employees

Policies for Chat Service

Down Time - The Library's chat service will not be available for 1 week after the completion of each semester. The dates for unavailability will be determined by the official CMU Academic Calendar and notice will be given to patrons on the library's website. Unavailability of chat during the Winter break will be longer and will be determined by the chat service team.
