Looking for a book or article that we don't have in our collections? Use our resource sharing options, EZBorrow for books and InterLibrary Loan (ILLiad) for books and articles. Loan periods range from a few weeks to a few months depending on the institution who is lending the item to us.
The University Library System at the University of Pittsburgh offers reciprocal borrowing privileges for CMU community members via their Special Borrowers program. You can use this to access some of their collections.
Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh is Pittsburgh's local public library. Pennsylvania residents (and others, for a fee) can get a free library card. This includes access to all branches and all Allegheny County libraries.
