It is "the standard work of reference on all matters relating to the Negro." 11 editions of this year book were published. Between the University of Pittsburgh's Hillman Library, Carnegie Public Library, and Carnegie Mellon's Hunt Library, all 11 editions are available in the Oakland Area.
