Market analysis: Gartner

Gartner analyst reports advise corporations on IT trends, products and services.  Simply use the search box and related keywords or company names. (Some of the reports are not in our subscription.)

Market analysis: Frost & Sullivan

Frost & Sullivan provides detailed analysis on all technology markets. In the search box at the top right of the screen, experiment with combinations of keywords, such as:  mobile, smartphone, tablet, devices, networks, etc. - and/or company names: Google, Apple, Samsung, etc.

Market analysis: Passport GMID

Passport looks at international markets from a consumer perspective.  Has global data on company and brand shares, market size and distribution - also trend analysis. Either use guided search (Industries-Consumer Electronics-Search Tree - Portable Consumer Electronics) or search box.

Statistics: Mobile industry data

Statista aggregates market statistics from government, organization and industry sources.  Search using keywords or company names - also leads to related data. Finds individual statistics, reports, studies, and forecasts; can download in several formats.
