You can also go and borrow books from Duquesne, Chatham, and Carlow. Librarians at those libraries must then sign the form in order for you to take out the books. For links see Borrowing & Renewing: Other Libraries
Options for Getting Books
If we don't have the books you need, you have several options. What you choose to do may depend on your time frame, what is available locally, and where you are willing to go to get the materials.
You search the library catalogs of libraries in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Once you find the item you want, make sure it's available and place the request. The book will usually come in to the library you choose (E&S or Hunt) in about 3-5 days. You'll get an email when it's available for you to pick up. You can login with your Andrew ID.
ILLiad is our interlibary loan system. If you've never used it before you'll need to register for the service (a quick process). Once registered, you fill out a form for the book you want. Usually it takes 7-10 days to get the book. You'll get an email when the item is available for you to pick up. You can see the progress of your request on the ILLiad system.
