Yes! As a project owner or administrator, you can invite collaborators from within or outside of CMU. As long as the project owner has a current CMU affiliation, anyone who is a member of the project will be able to access the premium features of Sysrev for that project.
No. There is no limit to the number of projects you can set up with your CMU Sysrev account.
When your CMU account is disabled, you will no longer be able to log into Sysrev. We recommend that in advance of leaving CMU you create a new Sysrev account with another email address and transfer any projects that you would like to have access to to that account. Note that you will need a paid premium account to maintain the premium features in those transferred projects.
Technically, there is no limit. However, we suggest you keep your projects to under 10,000 PDFs and under 50,000 citations, as exceeding these numbers may slow down or inhibit Sysrev's ability to run certain functions.
Users have the option to use Gemini's 2.5 Flash model or OpenAI's GPT 4o. This will appear in the Auto Label Settings for each label. When you run the auto-labeler, you will be able to see a detailed breakdown of cost based on number of records and labels and model.
The cost per model is outlined here:
At this time, users cannot add their own funds to their auto-labeler accounts. Please contact Sarah Young (sarahy@andrew.cmu.edu) or Melanie Gainey (mgainey@andrew.cmu.edu) to inquire about additional funds for your project.
No. The data fed into the auto-labeler is not used for model development or improvement.
For any technical issues, you can use the Report Issue button on the upper righthand corner of any page in your Sysrev project. This will send your error report, as well as a link to your project, to the technical team at Sysrev who will work to address it.
