RUG, an R user group

Curious about R? Working on a project in R?

Join RUG every Wednesday in-person from 2 - 3pm on the 4th Floor of Hunt Library (previously the special collections room). Check the events calendar for updates to the schedule.

RUG is an open and informal collaborative space for experimentation and exploration with the R programming language. From looking for advice or assistance with new or current projects to discuss and learn new skills using RUG is your place!
 

RUG is open to people of all skill levels, disciplines, and backgrounds. No question is too small!

A quick note: the room does not have power outlets, so be sure to come with your laptops fully charged.

Dataquest: an interactive data science learning platform

Carnegie Mellon Libraries offer university-wide premium licenses for Dataquest, the scaffolded online learning platform with a full catalog of interactive coursesskill paths such as data visualization, machine learning, and data scraping and career paths using Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau.
