You can add Carnegie Mellon as a Linked Library in Google Scholar so that links to full text resources that CMU has subscriptions to will appear in Google Scholar search results.
Go to Google Scholar > Settings https://scholar.google.com/scholar_settings
Go to Library Links in the left hand menu, type in Carnegie Mellon and select the CMU Library.
