Overleaf

Overleaf is a web tool that includes a friendly LaTeX text editor and the ability to use IEEE templates.  It also affords the capability to write with others.  One can learn LaTeX text editing in a very friendly layout where the code is on one of the screen and the resulting layout is right beside it.  Refreshing the appearance of your code is as simple as the click of a button.  The University Libraries has obtained an institutional license to Overleaf which will give you access to more storage.  Please see the guide linked below:

LaTeX templates are available through IEEE and ACM. If you are using a LaTeX template from either of these sources, you do not need to specify keywords or use the copyright blurb at the bottom of the ACM template.
