Alma

• Metadata Management
  • New Search layout for Titles is active
  • AI Metadata Assistant is available and no longer in Preview Mode.
  • Physical Holdings search layout has been improved 
  • Cataloger Notes are visible in the Titles search results, without opening the Metadata Editor. 
  • The use of search labels is possible in the Title or Holdings search layout. 
  • A search for titles with purchase orders is now possible, using the "Has orders" facet. 
  • When searching for physical titles, a permanent call number search can now be done without choosing a call number type. 
• Fulfillment
  • New Manage Patron Services layout is active 
  • Sound alerts for blocked loans are available as an option. 
• Electronic Resource Management
  • Sage materials are now supported by the Automatic Upload of Electronic Holdings feature. 
  • Overlap Collection Analysis now includes Embargo Periods 
• Acquisitions 
  • COUNTER R5.1 reports are now supported. 
  • Linked PO lines are automatically updated during bibliographic record changes.

• Primo Research Assistant now allows search filtering by resource types and dates 
• Sort settings are saved between sessions for signed-in users.
