  • General
    • New Alma layout to be automatically enabled for all Alma users in November release
  • Acquisitions
    • Disable PO Line and Invoice alerts
    • Manually mark PO Line for Review when creating from EOD/API
    • Prevent Closed/Approved Invoices from being set to review
  • Administration
    • ​​​​​​​'Waive reason' column has been added to list of Fines and Fees
    • Ability to import mapping tables using Excel files
  • Resource Management
    • ​​​​​​​Add related record enrichment as part of General Publishing
    • Improved partial linking indication in Metadata Editor
  • eResources​​​​​​​
    • Improved ProQuest Ebook Central automatic upload of e-holdings - updates weekly, ​​​​​​​integration now includes subscription titles in addition to owned and DDA titles, purchase model indications: owned, DDA, or subscription
    • CDI information now included in Community Zone Update task list
  • Digital Resource Management
  • Fulfillment & Resource Sharing
    • ​​​​​​​General Hold Request Form enhancements - additional fields for general hold and digitization requests
    • Policy to prevent booking requests over closed days

Primo VE

  • Broaden availability status in brief results: Not available - Loan; Not available - Requested; Not available - Lost (*disabled by default)
  • Boost my institution - n/a for our instance
  • General hold request form enhancements - added fields to Hold/Digitization request form
  • Chat with Support - allows staff with permissions to chat with Ex Libris support for how-to questions/configurations, behavior and general inquiries, and known issues. Functionality expected to roll out to our instance in Dec. 2020 (*disabled by default)
